Position Details:
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Medical Doctor Licensed in Infectious Disease to oversee and direct Nurse Practitioners who provide direct bedside care to residents in geriatric facilities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight of Nurse Practitioner
Monthly meetings/Check-ins with the assigned Nurse Practitioners
Staff Supervision of assigned Nurse Practitioners/Physician AssistantsConsult with the provider either onsite or via electronic communication (phone, email, etc)Review provider notes and submit summaries for potential regulatory review
Requirements
Medical Degree – MD/DO
Board Certification
Current Licensure in Infectious Disease in the State of Florida
Clinical Experience
Leadership Skills
Communication Skills
Commitment to Quality Improvement
Experience in a long-term care setting
100% Travel required
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
