What You Will Do
Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate nursing services provided in the center.
Ensure nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programs.
Maintain records and reports for resident care.
Orient and train all nursing services personnel.
Manage the nursing services department within budget.
Follow all center policies and procedures.
Must Have
Current state RN licensure without enforcement.
Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred.
