The Security Director position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Responsibilities
Oversee the safety and security of the account office and retail properties, including 24‑hour security staff.
Manage security operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with local authorities and internal teams to maintain a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and emergency response protocols.
Supervise security personnel, including training, performance management, and ensuring adherence to protocols.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Manage access control systems, surveillance, and other physical security measures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Lead incident investigations and reporting, and maintain detailed records of all security activities.
