Perk
Senior Product Designer - Cards
role at
Perk
About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time‑consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we’re on a mission to power real work, with real impact.
We’re trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we’re tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week—a $1.7 trillion problem. Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices worldwide, with headquarters in London and Boston.
The Role We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Cards team in North America. The Cards product is a core pillar of Perk’s platform, providing businesses with real‑time visibility into spend, streamlining the reconciliation process, and ensuring compliance through robust policy controls. For employees, it removes the burden of using personal funds and waiting for reimbursement—simplifying the entire expense experience. North America represents a massive opportunity for growth, and this role is pivotal to tailoring our world‑class cards product to the unique needs of this strategic market.
What You’ll Do
Design end‑to‑end user experiences across web and mobile that make managing cards effortless for employees, admins, and finance teams.
Turn data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions tailored to the US market.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies that balance user needs with business goals.
Collaborate with developers, researchers, and stakeholders (Sales Engineering, Implementation, Account Managers) to bring ideas to life.
Advocate for best‑in‑class usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful.
What Skills Are Required
5+ years of product design experience at a fast‑growing tech company. Experience with Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS products in NAM is a strong plus.
A sharp eye for UX—design solutions that are simple and scalable, and set the bar for other designers.
Comfortable designing within and contributing to a design system, balancing consistency with innovation.
Cross‑functional mindset—translate complex requirements into simple, elegant designs.
Storytelling skills—clearly communicate the “why” behind design decisions to inspire and align stakeholders.
End‑to‑end execution—take projects from concept to launch, breaking down complexity into deliverables that ship value quickly.
Why You’ll Love Our Team
We are a team of 50 talented Product Designers, Content Designers, and Researchers who thrive on autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
High‑quality design, strategic impact, and a culture of ownership, impact‑over‑effort, and transparency.
Diverse, heterogeneous team with multiple nationalities and backgrounds, always asking why and pushing for improvement.
Upcoming growth—growing our team almost double in the next 12 months.
