The Role RocketReach is entering an exciting phase of rapid expansion, and we’re looking for a
Senior Product Manager, Growth
to own and accelerate the engines that drive our ARR. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy across growth, SEO, activation, conversion funnels, payment flows, and self‑serve monetization.
You will lead a cross‑functional pod of engineers, analysts, and designers to set the roadmap, form and validate hypotheses, and deliver high‑impact product improvements grounded in data. You’ll dive deep into quantitative metrics as well as qualitative user feedback, experiment aggressively, and ensure we continually optimize for user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
This is an ideal role for a product leader with a strong technical background and experience scaling freemium or usage‑based products. You should be fluent in growth loops, SEO strategy, conversion rate optimization, experimentation frameworks, and the mechanics of how to turn a discovery product into a revenue engine.
What You’ll Own
Growth strategy and roadmap across activation, retention, monetization, and SEO
Full‑funnel optimization from first touch → onboarding → conversion → paid expansion
Payment flow, pricing tests, checkout, and frictionless upgrade experiences
Hypothesis‑driven A/B experimentation and analytics instrumentation
Organic acquisition strategy including technical SEO, structured data, and content surfaces
Identifying and shaping high‑leverage product opportunities to increase ARR
Competitive analysis across growth models, pricing, onboarding, and SEO
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship high‑impact experiments
Build and maintain a fast‑moving growth roadmap tied to measurable revenue outcomes
Analyze funnel performance, build cohort dashboards, and uncover drop‑off points
Rapidly test ideas through MVPs, prototypes, and iterative development
Partner with marketing and SEO specialists to scale organic traffic and improve rankings
Improve self‑serve user journeys and drive expansion within teams and enterprises
Continuously benchmark against competitors to understand best‑in‑class growth tactics
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Product Management with deep ownership of growth or monetization
Strong technical foundation (software engineering background preferred)
Experience with freemium or viral growth models, SEO‑driven acquisition, or self‑serve SaaS
Ability to form hypotheses from data, run experiments, and interpret results
Fluency in analytics tools, funnels, cohort analysis, and SEO fundamentals
Proven track record of driving measurable ARR or funnel improvements
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Have exceptional skills in cross‑team collaboration, communication, and aligning and influencing teams
Have experience developing a long‑term product strategy while operationally executing on day‑to‑day product development
Drive hard decisions while still being an expert listener
Drive the product roadmap and balance the long‑term strategy while being a key decision maker on prioritizing short‑term product goals
Identify and improve key funnels and metrics, owning end‑to‑end processes, making product‑driven decisions and execution as well as reporting ongoing insights and results to the company
Will shape and set the foundation for our Product Management and design teams in a fast‑paced, and team growth environment
