Position Summary InnoMatrix is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven sales leader to build and scale our GPU Cloud business. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of our proprietary GPU virtualization and AI inference platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global GTM strategy, building a high-performance sales team, and directly closing large, strategic deals with AI startups, enterprise AI teams, and researchers. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to define the sales motion for a disruptive product in one of the world’s most competitive and critical markets.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the end-to-end sales strategy for the GPU Cloud division, including market segmentation, target account identification, pricing, and competitive positioning.

Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer obsession.

Strategic Deal Execution: Personally lead and manage complex sales cycles with high-value enterprise clients and AI-native startups, navigating technical evaluations, legal contracts, and negotiating multi-million dollar commitments.

Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the customer and the competitive market. Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and use insights to refine our product roadmap and GTM approach.

Pipeline & Forecast Management: Build a robust and predictable sales pipeline. Provide accurate forecasting and detailed reporting on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to the executive team.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align product development with market needs, develop compelling collateral, and execute targeted campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA is a plus.

8+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role selling complex, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions.

Proven, recent experience selling GPU cloud computing, HPC resources, or large-scale infrastructure services to AI/ML teams, large enterprises, and/or hypergrowth tech companies.

Deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including common frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), workloads (model training, fine‑tuning, inference), and the technical requirements for GPU acceleration.

A verifiable track record of exceeding quotas and building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams.

Exceptional ability to articulate a compelling value proposition to both technical users (ML engineers, data scientists) and C-level executives (CTO, CIO, CFO).

Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including master service agreements and long-term commitments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment, building processes and strategy from the ground up.
