Crystal Springs in Assonet, MA is seeking a full‑time
Children's Program House Manager
to join our dedicated team.
Compensation ranges from $54,000 to $58,200 per year
depending on experience and education . We also offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, split into $2,250 upon reaching the 90‑day mark and $750 after completing six months of service (prorated for schedules under 40 hrs).

Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field; or 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field.
High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred).
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities As a Children's Program House Manager, you oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment that fosters students' physical, emotional, and behavioral well‑being. You serve as a positive role model, guiding them in developing adaptive life skills. Responsibilities include:
On‑site management of the assigned residence, ensuring quality assurance.
Conducting staff training and development sessions.
Managing personnel scheduling.
Reporting directly to the director of residential services, receiving supervision and ongoing training.
