Responsibilities

Review and process payment activities.

Monitor deposit and withdrawal queues and prevent high-risk transactions.

Analyze player behavior through payment gateway data to draw conclusions and recommendations.

Perform high-level analysis over large datasets to produce insights that enable better business outcomes.

Prepare reports for the leadership team that identify trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Analyze fraud and transaction reports.

Dispute chargebacks.

Communicate with third‑party vendors to solve problems.

Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience.

Troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with first‑level technical support as needed.

Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Product teams to achieve betJACK’s goals.

Maintain general payment industry knowledge, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Analytical capabilities necessary to comprehend metrics and identify key drivers for improving performance.

Experience with fraud prevention and chargeback dispute.

Goal‑driven with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Team‑based mindset and a self‑starter with the ability to positively influence team members.

Ability to quickly understand business problems, distill into analytics and reporting that provides actionable intelligence for the broader betJACK organization.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

At least 21 years of age.
