Base Pay Range $240,000 - $275,000 per year

Responsibilities We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings Strong Product Intuition, a Love For Building, And a Drive To Create Simple, Impactful Experiences That Make Whatnot Better Every Day. You Will

Drive the product roadmap, product strategy and execution for a given problem space, balancing short and long‑term goals.

Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data science, and operations to bring new features and systems to life.

Translate complex problems into clear requirements and simple, high‑quality user experiences.

Establish product metrics and experimentation frameworks to validate performance and user impact.

Communicate progress, insights, and priorities across teams and stakeholders.

Help the team stay focused and move efficiently, removing blockers and ensuring alignment.

Contribute to the growth and evolution of Whatnot’s product culture and processes.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast‑moving consumer or marketplace environments.

A track record of shipping complex, technical systems or large‑scale consumer products.

Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and driving adoption of products.

Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, hypotheses, and experimentation.

A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution — able to zoom in and out as needed.

Experience partnering with design and data science; proficiency with SQL is a plus.

Compensation For US‑based applicants: $240,000/year to $275,000/year + benefits + equity.

Compensation Range: $240K - $275K

Parental Leave

16 weeks of paid parental leave + one month gradual return to work *company leave allowances run concurrently with country leave requirements which take precedence.
