Practice HighlightsProvider s choice of shifts: 7:00 am 3:00 pm, 7:00 am 5:00 pm, or 7:00 am 7:00 pm
Call rotation: 1:6 with post-call day off (optional but preferred)
Call stipends & shift differentials available
Surgical cases: Bread & butter anesthesia, including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology
No hearts, trauma, or neuro cases

EMR: Epic
Accepting new graduate candidates
Not accepting locums candidates
Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers)
Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED
Active NY License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
Clean background preferred
Must complete credentialing process (credentialing fees not reimbursed )
Flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) available
Call rotation of 1:6 with post-call day off
Credentialing timeframe dependent on license status
Compensation based on years of licensure:
0 4 years: $210, hours) / $232, hours)
5+ years: $230, hours) / $255, hours)
Bonus Structure:
$25k at start
$50k at 6 months
$25k at Year 2
$10k Quality Incentive starting Year 3
Relocation allowance available (reimbursement-based, amount depends on distance)
