Title: Phlebotomist I Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States, 33428 Duration: 6 months Shift timings: 8:00-5:00 M-F, Rotating Saturday 8-2 Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, assisting with health routines or health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples, prepares specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures. Creates a trusting environment with patients, explaining procedures and drawing blood safely and accurately. Demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy, performing daily activities accurately and on time under supervision. Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties confidently, following established protocols. Maintains records and documentation, promotes a positive image, and demonstrates organizational commitment. Job Requirements: Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed. Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience required. One year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
