$150,000.00/yr - $211,000.00/yr The Product Marketing Manager will serve as the consumer advocate, driving cohesive and strategic storytelling across our product funnel. This role demands leadership skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration in developing comprehensive marketing plans. Responsibilities
Apply analytical rigor, understanding of audience dynamics, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans. Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategies. Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Develop an understanding of audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values, and behaviors across products and industries. Create briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals. Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks based on audience insights to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Partner with teams like International Marketing, Product Marketing, Insights, Social, Influencer, Communications, Planning, Media, Creative, and Growth Marketing to identify opportunities and deliver integrated campaigns. Track campaign performance to optimize and identify new opportunities. Minimum Qualifications
10+ years managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and brand building across media channels. Experience utilizing consumer research and data to develop marketing strategies. Experience working with media and creative agencies. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience in consumer technology, wearables, AR/VR categories. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of broader social, economic, and business environments. E-commerce and retail experience, especially in consumer electronics. Experience in Go-To-Market strategies in electronics.
