Clinical Operations Director Salary: Up to $105,000 Region-Based Leadership | BCBA Required

Lead with purpose. Shape clinical quality. Develop the next generation of BCBAs. For many BCBA leaders, the most meaningful part of the job is helping clinicians grow. When someone you have coached starts thinking differently, analysing cases with more confidence, or delivering better outcomes for families, it is a reminder of why you stepped into leadership in the first place.

This Clinical Operations Director role is designed around that purpose. It is leadership that remains close to the clinical work, with a focus on strengthening teams, improving programmes, and raising the overall standard of care across multiple centres in your region.

What You Will Do As the Clinical Operations Director, you will: • Mentor and develop BCBAs through regular coaching and case consultation • Support newer clinicians as they build confidence in both clinical and professional judgement • Oversee programme quality and clinical integrity across multiple sites • Partner with senior clinical leadership on standards, training pathways, and service consistency • Facilitate group meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing clinician training • Help shape the culture and expectations of teams across the region • Maintain strong relationships with centre leadership to support alignment and outcomes

This is a role for someone who leads through people, creates clarity, and builds trust.

What You Bring • Active BCBA certification • Significant clinical experience, including leading or supporting BCBA teams • Strength in coaching, problem solving, and clinical decision making • A collaborative approach and commitment to high clinical standards • The ability to build relationships, guide teams, and communicate clearly • Willingness to travel within your region to support teams where needed

If your leadership style is rooted in development rather than pressure, you will thrive here.

Why This Role Stands Out This is not a position where you spend your days fighting fires or drowning in admin. It is structured so you can be present for clinicians, influence quality in a meaningful way, and work alongside a senior team that values consistency, collaboration, and genuine clinical integrity.

You will have: • Salary up to 105K • Regional travel only • A supportive senior clinical leadership team • A voice in shaping training, supervision, and programme standards • The chance to create long-term impact on both clinicians and families

Apply today and step into a leadership role where your expertise, your judgement, and your ability to develop people truly matter.
