A privately owned outpatient therapy practice in North Central Florida is seeking a full-time
Physical Therapist (PT)
to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and a supportive, collaborative environment. The clinics serve small, friendly communities near Gainesville and Jacksonville, offering a variety of outpatient orthopedic and specialty therapy services.
What We Offer Competitive pay: $37.50–$45/hr
(based on experience) $2,500 CEU reimbursement + 7 paid CEU days 2–5 weeks PTO , 7 paid holidays, and sick time Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability benefits 401(k) with employer match Relocation assistance
available Paid team events and an overall supportive culture No weekends, no on-call
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Optional 9:00 AM–6:00 PM start twice weekly
Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic evaluations and treatments Manage a caseload of
10–15 patients/day Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborating with an experienced clinical team Document using Clinicient/WebPT Participating in professional development and clinical initiatives
Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist license
(or eligibility) Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills Interest in specialty areas (pelvic health, vestibular, aquatics, hand therapy) is welcome but not required
