What You'll Do Excavators Backhoes Loaders Graders Rollers Skid steers Tractors Key Responsibilities Read and interpret grade stakes, elevations, and site plans Excavate, move, and grade earth, and install structures Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates Maintain safety, quality, and production standards Perform general labor duties when required Represent Sargent professionally and uphold our Core Values What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 3+ years of construction/heavy equipment experience (preferred) Valid driver's license Ability and willingness to travel (~75%) Key Skills & Attributes Proficiency operating heavy machinery Ability to judge slopes, distances, and elevations accurately Strong communication and listening skills Capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, crawl, stoop, and use hand tools Visual and auditory ability appropriate for a construction site Why Sargent?
