• Schedule: Monday-Friday, variable call Mon-Fri with 1-2 weekends per month (minimum 1)

Clinical Details
• Average Patients per Shift: 0-1
• Department Beds: 10
• Support Staff: 1-2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 NP/PA, 1 office staff
• Call Ratio: 1:3
• Call Type: Beeper, 20-minute response time
• Phone Consults: 0-5 per day
• Admissions: 0-2 per day
• Procedures include:
- Non-invasive and invasive ventilation management for newborns and pediatrics - Intubation (ETT/NT) for newborns and pediatrics - X-ray and EKG interpretation - Suturing minor lacerations - Circumcisions - Preferred skills include sedation, line placement, and emergency procedures such as thoracentesis and needle decompressionRequirements
• Board Certified Pediatrician
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC
• BLS and PALS required
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric experience preferred
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
