  • Practice Setting: Inpatient (Emergency Department)
  • Annual Volume: 70,000 visits
  • Patients per Hour: 1.6-1.8
  • Trauma Level: 3
  • EMR: Epic
    • Requirements
  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Active Ohio license
  • ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
  • Ability to supervise APPs
  • Clean history
    • Clinical Details
  • Scope: Full-spectrum Emergency Medicine in a busy community hospital
  • Responsibilities:
    • - Evaluate and manage a range of emergency presentations - Supervise 4 APPs per shift - Collaborate with specialists in surgery, radiology, and cardiology
  • Facility Resources:
    • - 32-bed Emergency Department - 24/7 specialty support: anesthesia, neuro, ortho, vascular, and cardiothoracic surgery - No OB or newborn deliveries received in the ED
  • Shift Coverage:
    • - Priority December shifts: 8a-6p (Dec 13-14, 19-21, 23-28) - 2p-12a (Dec 12, 31; Jan 1-2)Compensation
  • Rates: Facility is accepting bids
  • Malpractice: Provided
  • Travel: Reimbursed
