Our facility, in collaboration with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, is dedicated to providing exceptional vascular care. We are seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to develop a high-quality, community-focused vascular program in Northwest Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead program growth, handle diverse surgical cases, and enjoy a flexible schedule in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program.
- Provide advanced surgical care for various vascular conditions.
- Perform open and endovascular procedures.
- Manage vascular issues through medical therapy and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain a schedule with 2 clinic days and 3 procedural/surgical days weekly.
- Participate in 10 night/weekend call shifts monthly.
- Supervise advanced practice providers in vascular care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology.
- Contribute to program development and future expansion plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention.
- Serve as a preceptor to medical students, residents, and nursing staff.
- Receive a clinical faculty appointment with The Ohio State University.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
- Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA registration required before start date.
- Clean malpractice and license record.
- Strong interest in community-based healthcare.
- Board Certification in Vascular Surgery or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility).
- Valid Ohio medical license.
- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to starting).
