Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

About the Role

An Atlanta-based investment advisory firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional who thrives in client-facing situations and enjoys managing relationships while providing expert tax guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review individual tax returns; experience with business returns is a plus.
• Serve as a lead representative of the firm, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Meet with clients in-person and virtually.
• Manage workflow and deadlines, particularly during tax season, balancing high-quality service with efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or tax.
• Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA or EA designation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be a confident and professional relationship manager.
• Based in Atlanta and able to commute to the Sandy Springs office at least 3 days a week.

Technical Skills & Tools

• CCH Tax Software (experience preferred; ability to learn quickly is essential)
• Practice (billing software)
