We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. This role combines deep expertise in Java backend development and Angular frontend engineering to create robust REST APIs and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product owners, Agile teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to modern architecture, secure coding standards, and best practices. The role offers opportunities to influence system architecture, contribute to DevOps practices, and drive innovation across multiple projects.
Accountabilities
Design, implement, and maintain Java‑based backend solutions, including scalable microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and high‑quality documentation.
Apply secure coding standards and maintain compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and technical guidance for the team.
Participate in continuous improvement practices and support DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Java 11+ (Spring Boot, Spring Data) and Angular with TypeScript.
Strong practical experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
Experience with database integrations, SQL, and event streaming systems (e.g., Apache Kafka).
Proficiency with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Gradle, GitHub).
Solid understanding of secure coding best practices and modern software architecture principles.
Familiarity with BPMN processes (Camunda or Flowable) is a plus.
Proven experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
