Lead residential service‑call work on furnaces and A/C systems. Troubleshoot and repair all major HVAC brands, including Mitsubishi heat‑pump diagnostics, controls and repairs. Provide excellent customer service, clear communication and teamwork. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential service‑call experience on furnaces & A/C systems EPA 608 Type II Certification (minimum) Deep familiarity with Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman and other major brands Strong expertise in Mitsubishi heat‑pump diagnostics, controls & repairs Sharp problem‑solver with keen attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer‑service mindset Clear communicator with homeowners and team members Valid CA driver’s license with clean record Why Cabrillo?
