opening for a Water/Fire Mitigation Project Manager.
Position Full‑time position; weekend or evening work may be required as dictated by schedule.
The primary responsibility is project management for emergency services for commercial and residential damages due to fire, water, mold, etc. Work includes meeting with homeowners, performing water extraction, drying, cleaning, light demolition, and general clean‑up. The Project Manager will oversee production jobs from front end to billing, including communication with homeowners and claims representatives to coordinate and complete each job efficiently and timely.
Compensation
$22.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience

Your Primary Responsibilities
Oversee company processes relating to customers and address customer needs
Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following company production guidelines
Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, work orders) to ensure staff is ready to work efficiently
Perform basic mitigation duties if needed
Position Requirements
Effective written and oral communication
Valid driver’s license
Intermediate math skills
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
High school diploma or GED
IICRC certifications required
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects
Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
Experience
Relevant: 1–3 years in Water/Fire Restoration
Project Management: 1 year in Water/Fire Restoration
