Job Responsibilities:
Architect, implement, and operate container services platforms, emphasizing integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage automation to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
Meticulously assess risks while ensuring task efficiency.
Analyze, diagnose, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by customers using Client PaaS and CaaS platforms.
Develop maintainable, reusable software from a consumer-centric perspective.
Take ownership of unresolved issues, seeking in-depth knowledge for timely resolution.
Handle and maintain support requests from business unit customers.
Collaborate with other engineering groups to triage customer and business unit issues.
Contribute to building and peer-reviewing knowledge base articles and product documentation.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience
Should possess good all‑around knowledge of AWS services
Experience with EKS/Kubernetes
Experience with Linux command line
Experience with Terraform
Some Database experience and familiarity with SQLExperience with Patching and Upgrading EKS
Experience with Scripting in bash and some python
Experience with CICD and GitLab
Know how to support SSL Certificates
Able to troubleshoot in a PRODUCTION Environment
