experiencing significant growth and innovation across its North American operations. We are seeking a

Cold Food Production Manager

to lead evening and overnight production activities in a high-volume, fast-paced facility known for delivering quality, consistency, and excellence.

As the

PM/Night Shift Production Manager , you’ll oversee daily operations in cold food preparation and packaging, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting customer and business demands. You’ll lead and develop a diverse production team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cold food production operations on the PM/Night shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors and hourly team members to achieve operational excellence.

Partner with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely order fulfillment.

Monitor KPIs including throughput, waste, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery, identifying improvement opportunities.

Enforce food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Support staffing, training, and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage and team development.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement across all production areas.

Qualifications

5+ years of production or operations management experience within food or beverage manufacturing (cold or ready-to-eat preferred).

Strong understanding of food safety (HACCP, GMP) and manufacturing best practices.

Proven ability to lead large hourly teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work evening and overnight hours as required.
