Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience as a technical solution consultant in a cloud computing environment in customer/partner facing roles.
5 years of experience with Enterprise Applications in the role of Technical Consultant or leading Implementation.
Experience with technology including AI/ML and Data.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, security and application development and support processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Workday Pro (e.g., Workday Pro Integration, Workday Pro Studio, or Workday Extend).
Experience designing and implementing integrations using Workday integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) and Workday Extend, ensuring seamless connectivity with cloud-native services.
Experience leveraging Google Cloud Vertex AI or Gemini models to build generative AI applications within the Workday Extend environment (e.g., custom apps for onboarding, requisition, or document processing).
Experience in developing software or infrastructure for distributed systems and with machine learning technologies.
Understanding of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and WQL (Workday Query Language).
About the Job As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross‑functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships.
You will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting‑edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will build tools, automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, and develop product strategy while prioritizing projects and resources.
In this role, you will lead cross‑functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to identify, prioritize and execute on technical priorities that leverage Workday, Google Cloud and our shared Ecosystem of partners. As a thought leader, you will evaluate, advise and implement best practices that ensure incremental value and differentiation for the partnership and shared customers.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $227,000–$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities
Accountable for collaborating with the Workday product and engineering teams to onboard Workday solutions on Google Cloud and provide thought leadership to optimize partnership offerings that drive differentiation and value to the partnership and joint end customers.
Act as a trusted advisor to Workday executives, including the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Head of Product and Engineering.
Collaborate as‑needed across regional business and partnership teams to support partnership pipelines and customer opportunities. Support Go‑to‑Market (GTM) motions with technical sales assets and participate in select customer pursuits.
Participate in designing and executing the partnerships’ AI strategy with knowledge of AI models, Large Language Models, AI agents, AI agentic workflows and AI specialized infrastructure related to AI trends and issues within businesses.
