8‑bed pediatric emergency department with ability to flex to 12
13,000 annual visits and growing!
Pediatric subspecialty support
8‑10‑12 mixed shift model during high‑volume season, 12‑hour shifts for lower‑volume season
Affiliated physicians staff the hospital’s PICU, pediatric hospitalist program and the neonatal intensive care unit
Opportunity to become clinical faculty at the University of Las Vegas and Touro University for third‑year medical students who rotate through our department; future medical school education opportunities in the works
Opportunity to work alongside paramedic students who are eager for clinical experience

Qualifications BC/BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Benefits And Compensation Competitive compensation package with sign‑on bonuses and relocation assistance. Salary range: $247,250 – $359,750. Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSAs, 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Some benefits are provided at no cost; others require cost‑share. Employees may select voluntary plans and pay through payroll deductions.
