Psychiatrist – Outpatient
We are offering flexible work schedules for full‑time and part‑time psychiatrists in Minnesota. Our hybrid model provides exclusive outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Our compensation is unlimited with a sign‑on bonus and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, EAP, CEU, and more.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in the State of Minnesota
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Clinical experience in child, adolescent, or adult psychiatry
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $262,000 – $393,000 plus sign‑on bonus (full‑time) and full benefits.
