Floor Tech – Gym Floor Technician
The Floor Tech employee is the face of the gym floor; they maintain the fitness floor, equipment, walls & mirrors. Working hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintenance of the Retro Fitness outlet main floor.
Testing equipment for efficiency.
Stocking of products/items.
Lubricating and greasing circuit training equipment.
Reporting facility issues to Management/Ownership.
Spot cleaning walls, mirrors, windows and diamond plating.
Re‑racking of weights.
Disinfecting equipment and upholstery.
Dusting the facility.
Following company policies & procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
Positive, upbeat personality.
Effective communication with customers, coworkers and managers.
Ability to multitask.
Customer service oriented.
Punctual & responsible.
Detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to handle cleanliness issues.
Direct Report The position is supervised by the General Manager.
Compensation $13.00 per hour. Part‑time.
Dress Code Company staff shirt, either Khaki or black athletic pants. Sneakers must be worn. No boots, heels, open‑toe shoes or sandals. Floor Techs should be well groomed and neat.
Other All Floor Tech employees must complete the Daily Cleaning Checklist and obtain a Manager sign‑off before completing their shift.
