Position Overview You will be working closely with a talented team to create and deliver software products. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with members of our Leadership team to grow the business and influence the future at ARKA – Mission Applications.

The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance and has 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of Program Management experience delivering mission‑critical software platforms to DoD customers.

This position is an on‑site position located in

Aurora, CO .

Responsibilities

Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, contracts, business development, operations to ensure programs are running within scope and on schedule

Liaison between the customer and engineering to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and met through software project lifecycle

Oversee and manage one or multiple programs to include budgeting, contracts, scheduling and risk management

Building strong and meaningful relationships with our customers

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance

10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of direct experience in Program Management

Strong leadership skills and business acumen

Successful capture and business experience

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Effectively led briefings and strategy meetings for executive management, customer and government representatives

Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in pursuit of common objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Time and Materials contracts

Experience leading Agile software programs and/or projects

Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)

Experience as a supervisor or manager of a software team

Experience managing and directing sub‑contractors and/or vendors

Program Management Professional (PMP) certified

Pay Range $170,000 - $205,000. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
