FlyExclusive is seeking an experienced

MRO Planner

to support maintenance planning, work package creation, materials coordination, and scheduling activities for its growing fleet. The MRO Planner will play a critical role in organizing aircraft maintenance events, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting technicians with accurate, timely documentation.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced MRO or Part 135 maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and prepare

aircraft maintenance work packages , including required tasks, labor estimates, materials, and inspection items

Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events for FlyExclusive’s fleet

Review AMM, IPC, SRM, and engineering documents to ensure accurate task planning

Track aircraft time, cycles, and upcoming maintenance intervals

Create task cards and provide all required documentation for technicians

Monitor work progress, update systems, and report changes or delays

Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Materials, Engineering, and QA departments

Ensure all maintenance planning aligns with FAA regulations and company procedures

Provide daily updates to leadership regarding aircraft status, open tasks, and upcoming requirements

Support continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance planning processes

Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience as an

MRO Planner , Maintenance Planner, or Technical Records Specialist

Experience in a

Part 135, Part 145, or commercial MRO

environment preferred

Knowledge of maintenance documentation (AMM, IPC, SRM, task cards, service bulletins)

Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance planning cycles and regulatory requirements

Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, Trax, Corridor, or similar)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple aircraft simultaneously

Preferred Experience

Background with

business jet fleets

(Citation, Gulfstream, Challenger, etc.)

Prior experience supporting maintenance in a high-demand AOG or charter environment

Strong analytical and documentation skills
