Logistics Analyst As a Logistics Support Analyst, you will be a member of an Operations Team supporting CONUS and OCONUS Army systems. This vital role is dedicated to ensuring efficient and effective support for logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing shipments

Prepare equipment shipments – inventory, palletizing, boxing, packaging, wrapping, and banding

Ensure accurate documentation and record‑keeping for all shipments

Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to resolve any issues or delays

Manage the lifecycle of assets from procurement to disposal

Maintain accurate records of asset inventory, including location, condition, and usage

Conduct regular audits to ensure asset accuracy and compliance with company policies

Assist with all aspects of warehouse management, system integration, and inventory

Serve as the point of contact for order status to requestors and supply‑chain related queries to procurement and freight forwarders

Collect and analyze logistics metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

Prepare regular reports on logistics performance for management review

Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations

Track and document failures or issues related to logistics operations

Track and document root causes of failures and corrective actions

Generate reports on failure trends and improvement initiatives

Install and perform on‑site testing of system hardware components

Complete or inspect build documentation for new system integrations

Assist with the development and publication of technical IPS lifecycle documentation, in accordance with U.S. Army policies and procedures

Assist with Production Acceptance Testing (PAT)

Qualifications Required:

Active TS clearance required, SCI eligible

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of related work experience in logistics, supply, and maintenance operations

Experience with asset management and configuration management

Familiarity with Product Support Management (PSM) military standards

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles

Proficiency with Database Management and Inventory Operations

Familiarity with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

Expertise in preparing and receiving equipment shipments

Ability to rack, wire, connect, install, and perform on‑site testing of system hardware components

Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 70 pounds

Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch

Local travel between warehouse and office building (30%)

Desired Skills

DOD and/or prior Military experience

Experience with the U.S. Army Supply and Logistics Support Program

Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent

Experience and certification operating a forklift

Experience with Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems

Ability to support CONUS site surveys, inventories, and/or installations (potential for up to 10% travel)

Pay Range $78,700 – $165,200 (depending on location, experience, and contract).
