As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll leverage advanced analytics and collaborative strategies to enhance package flow, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across complex logistics landscapes.

Key job responsibilities

Lead strategic network optimization initiatives that enhance delivery speed and operational efficiency

Design and implement advanced analytical models to improve package flow and connectivity planning

Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, research, and external stakeholder teams

Develop comprehensive performance metrics and reporting frameworks

Create innovative solutions that reduce transportation costs while maintaining exceptional delivery standards

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python

Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement

Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams

Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects

Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in business, data science, engineering, or related field

Deep understanding of supply chain optimization methodologies

Experience in transportation, logistics, or network planning

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
