Report to the Director of Corporate Development and focus on M&A growth/targets by building and managing detailed financial models to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and divestitures. Create board-level presentations and work cross-functionally with other teams. Contribute to deal sourcing, analysis, and execution with an investment banking or buy-side perspective. Qualifications
Investment banking background or buy-side experience preferred. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills. Job details
