About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in Enterprise Software and Cloud Computing, is looking for a skilled

Demand Intake Manager

to join their team for a 6+ month engagement. This project involves leading the optimization of their global demand intake and prioritization processes across a fast-paced professional services organization. This is a high-impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Own and optimize the demand intake process across all business units.

Evaluate new requests for completeness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

Lead intake and prioritization sessions with key stakeholders.

Maintain dashboards and reports to track demand trends and portfolio decisions.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to balance client demand with delivery capacity.

Identify and implement process improvements that streamline intake workflows.

Required Skills & Experience We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience in a similar role (project management in professional services preferred).

Deep expertise in strong business acumen and understanding of project delivery models. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.

Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata, Smartsheet, Salesforce).

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
