Sunridge Hotel Group
Sunridge Hotel Group is now hiring a General Manager for its New Build 71 room Towneplace Suites by Marriott in beautiful Thatcher, AZ.
This is an Opening GM position and start date is ASAP. Opening duties will begin prior to 2026 while opening date is projected for March of 2026.
The General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hotel including but not limited to:
Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue goals and leading the market in sales performance.
Managing labor and other controllable operating expenses.
Maintaining the highest Guest Satisfaction Scores by promoting a friendly service culture and keeping a clean and well-maintained hotel.
Keeping the hotel compliant with all franchise and Marriott brand standards consistently each day.
Creating and maintaining a positive work environment with the staff so in turn, our guests can have positive experiences in the hotel.
Preferred candidates should have at least 1 year of Hotel General Manager experience in a major franchised hotel operation (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.).
Salary is from $70,000 - DOE.
Quarterly Bonus Plan.
