What We Offer
Competitive salary range from $55,000 to $75,000
W-2 and 1099 employment options
Up to 10% equity ownership of your branch
Monthly profit sharing, paid out on the 25th of every month
Job leads and vehicle assistance (potential vehicle provision based on performance)
All equipment and supplies
Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits
Assistance with start‑up costs and training
Key Responsibilities
Self‑perform labor‑intensive restoration services at residential homes on a 24‑hour basis
Respond quickly to emergency calls and perform on‑site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
Manage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously
Provide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimates
Deliver exceptional service, maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process
Operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE use and safe handling of hazardous materials
Qualifications
Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically capable of performing demanding demo/restoration tasks independently
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with potential extended hours
Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Compensation:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
