Job Responsibilities:- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for various medical procedures.
- Provide leadership and support in professional practice settings.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and manage all aspects of anesthesia care.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
- Promote a healthy work environment through professional communication and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Provide education and support to staff, patients, and their families.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
- Contribute to the overall patient experience by exceeding expectations that align with the Henry Ford Experience.
- Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses.
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA work experience.
- Up-to-date with COVID and flu vaccinations.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Clean malpractice and license history.
- Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses.
- Board Certification by AANA.
- Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
