Schedule: 7:00?AM - 3:00?PM
Call: every 3rd night, every 3rd weekend
No OB call ; OR call only
Call response time: 45 minutes
Practice type: All CRNA
Case types: Endoscopy, Podiatry, General, Orthopedic, Urology
Requirements: Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (case logs required )
Day coverage: 3 providers in 4 ORs
