We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum position in a dynamic healthcare facility located in the charming city of Cadillac, Michigan . This practice is known for its supportive environment where you will collaborate with a team that includes part-time and full-time CRNAs and MDAs. The facility features five operating rooms and serves an average of 25 surgical cases per day. Candidates must be ready to participate in a call rotation, ensuring comprehensive patient care around the clock.
Job Responsibilities:- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures including ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, and uro.
- Provide acute care to patients of all ages with a focus on safety and comfort.
- Participate in a call rotation of one weekday and one weekend per month.
- Work independently with no supervision during shifts.
- Document procedures and maintain patient records using the Plexus EMR system.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs.
- AANA Board Certified (REQUIRED)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certified (REQUIRED)
- Current Michigan license (REQUIRED)
- Experience in regional block and obstetric anesthesia (REQUIRED)
- Must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS program (REQUIRED)
- Clean background for expedited credentialing (REQUIRED)
- COVID vaccination status at the time of submission (REQUIRED)
- Active Michigan nursing license
- AANA Board Certification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
