This position is located in Frackville, Pennsylvania. This location has 1 physician and 1 CRNP. The office is open 8a-5p with call being rotated with other Physician and APC's including sister sites. Patient slot durations consist of 40 minutes for new, wellness/preventative, TOC, and medical clearance and 20 minutes for return patients and acute visits.

Qualifications
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
