WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Product Manager with extensive and specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the development, optimization, and expansion of our CRM platform. The ideal candidate must possess a profound understanding of Dynamics 365, with a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing this specific CRM system. This role requires a strong ability to engage with cross‑functional teams, understand business needs, negotiate scope, and deliver high‑impact solutions. Responsibilities

Engage with executive leadership to ensure alignment on CRM strategy and priorities

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their needs and challenges and facilitate alignment on product priorities

Quickly learn and adapt to the company’s culture and processes. Act as a consultant to internal teams, bridging gaps between business needs and technical solutions within Dynamics 365

Conduct in‑depth discussions with internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, ensuring that the CRM system effectively supports their operational processes

Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Dynamics CRM platform, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder input and business value

Stay informed on Microsoft’s Dynamics roadmap and recommend adoption of new features

Employ a data‑driven approach to prioritize feature development, balancing the demands of different job functions and operational processes

Effectively communicate product features, updates, and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the platform’s capabilities

Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that the CRM platform offers an intuitive and user‑friendly interface for all stakeholders

Plan and coordinate product releases, including managing feature launches, updates, and continuous improvements

Utilize metrics and analytics to monitor the performance of the CRM system, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization

Continuously iterate on the CRM platform, considering user feedback, market trends, and operational needs to drive ongoing improvement

Address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the product development process, finding creative solutions to meet stakeholder requirements

Partner with IT and data teams to ensure CRM integrations support broader data strategy

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, data analytics, or a related field or equivalent years of experience

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Minimum 7‑12 years of industry experience

Desired Qualifications/Skills

Strong expertise in CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and scope negotiation

Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple job functions

Exceptional communication skills to ensure alignment on product priorities and to convey product changes to stakeholders

Experience with requirements gathering and a data‑driven approach to feature prioritization

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

A track record of successfully managing and improving a product throughout its lifecycle

Experience delivering measurable business outcomes such as improved pipeline accuracy, enhanced client service metrics, or operational efficiency gains
