Overview
The Corporate Services Specialist will support the creation of an exceptional workplace experience for employees of LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. (LGESAZ). The role is responsible for delivering people-oriented services such as office management, corporate events, procurement of general and subsidized goods, and soft‑landing support for LGES expatriates, including immigration, housing, and local community integration. Administrative duties will also be performed as needed.
Responsibilities
Partner with legal counsel to process immigration documents for expatriates on assignment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures.
Oversee property and employee service vendors (landscaping, janitorial, cafeteria, food vending).
Organize corporate events, workshops, ceremonies, and employee appreciation events.
Manage general goods, office supplies, subsidies, and services.
Develop improvement plans for facilities and office layouts.
Enhance office environment through decor, signage, and common‑area improvements.
Manage company fleet vehicles, mobile and stationary phone programs.
Handle business card requests efficiently.
Provide soft‑landing services for expatriates (housing, vehicle lease, insurance, phone, onboarding).
General administrative support (electronic approvals, invoices, vendor registrations).
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience with administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Experience with SAP software and benefits systems preferred.
Good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills required.
Ability to work flexible hours to support new‑hire onboarding and other responsibilities.
