Position Overview:
The On‑Site Enrolling Admissions Coordinator supports the admissions team by enrolling qualified nursing students and ensuring the smooth, compliant operation of the admissions process. This role combines administrative excellence, data accuracy, and sales‑driven communication to achieve enrollment goals and maintain the integrity of student records and departmental reports.
Key Responsibilities Enrollment and Student Support
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective nursing students, providing program information and guiding them through the full admissions and enrollment process.
Conduct engaging, compliant admissions interviews to assess program fit and motivation.
Manage campus tours, follow‑up calls, and admissions appointments to ensure a strong applicant experience.
Collaborate with Student Finance, Academics, and Student Services to ensure student readiness for program start.
Administrative Coordination
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date student records in the CRM and student information systems.
Process applications, transcripts, and admissions documentation with precision and timeliness.
Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admissions activity and enrollment reports vital to department tracking and performance evaluation.
Support the Director of Admissions with data analysis for lead conversion, start projections, and campus performance metrics.
Assist in preparing and distributing departmental correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate the scheduling of interviews, tours, and onboarding activities for incoming students.
Maintain the organization of digital and physical admissions files in compliance with institutional, state, and accreditor requirements.
Sales and Performance
Execute timely follow‑up with inquiries and applicants to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
Track and report lead conversions, contact rates, and enrollment milestones.
Participate in outreach efforts, information sessions, and community events to promote nursing programs.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
2+ years in admissions, sales, or customer service (education or healthcare preferred). Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination roles.
Skills
Strong reporting, data entry, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
Sales experience required.
