Class A CDL

and current

DOT physical 2 years

verifiable tractor-trailer experience Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 2 years No more than 1 at-fault accident

in the last 3 years No more than 3 minor moving violations

in the last 3 years No major violations

(reckless, racing, suspended license, etc.) in the last 3 years No critical violations

(DUI/DWI, drug-related, handheld device use, etc.) in the last 5 years Not accepting
