My client is a growth-minded General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to grow their career in Ground‑up Construction. The firm has year‑over‑year growth and a steady backlog of project work. Projects range across Financial, Government, Healthcare, Industrial, K‑12, Religious, and Retail sectors. Benefits

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role. Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Experience in commercial ground‑up construction highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
