What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead collaborations with cross-functional partners to establish internal emissions reduction targets and develop strategies for data centers
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformational decarbonization solutions based on technical, financial, and supply chain criteria
Implement GHG reduction programs aligned with corporate strategies through partnerships with various teams
Communicate program progress internally and develop materials for executive communications
Manage projects from conception to implementation while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Architecture, Sustainability, or Engineering
At least 3 years of experience related to decarbonization and/or Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs)
Proven experience driving GHG reduction projects within a company's operations or value chain
Strong background in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science)
Experience in decarbonization strategies for large‑scale, mission‑critical facilities
Familiarity with data center design and construction
