Responsibilities
You will perform inspections, as well as in-process and final inspection of parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable engineering standards
In this role you will inspect parts using precision measurement equipment/devices
You will assist engineering and operations in the investigation of non-conformities
In this role you will also play a part in contract review of customer orders ensuring adherence to all applicable specifications
You are responsible for ensuring proper documentation including fine print details on all product certifications
Qualifications
High Diploma or GED is required for this role
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of aviation experience and 2 years of inspection experience applying GD&T Principles and practices
You have knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 Quality Management systems; working knowledge of First Article Inspection requirements per AS9102
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment is also a plus
