Hybrid role based out of our Support Center in Franklin, TN, with Monday through Thursday in the office and Fridays as designated work-from-home days.
The Manager, Associate Experience & Organizational Effectiveness serves as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in engagement and experience. This role helps leaders strengthen associate experience, leadership capability, and business performance through insights gained from key listening touchpoints—such as the annual engagement survey, onboarding and offboarding feedback, and moments that matter.
Acting as an internal consultant, the Manager supports business and HR leaders in identifying opportunities for growth, team development, and enhanced associate connection. They lead the overarching listening strategy for the organization and ensure that engagement insights are embedded across all talent processes, creating alignment between culture, capability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise listening strategy, including annual surveys, pulse checks, onboarding, and offboarding feedback.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover meaningful trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
Build dashboards, reports, and communication tools that enable leaders to understand, act on, and sustain engagement outcomes.
Ensure consistency, governance, and confidentiality in the management of all listening tools and processes.
Organizational Effectiveness & Enablement
Support the advancement of leadership capability and associate experience through targeted initiatives that promote accountability, collaboration, and performance.
Partner with leaders to identify and implement solutions that strengthen team dynamics and organizational health.
Apply engagement and experience insights to drive improvements in leadership behaviors, culture, and performance outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent, Learning & Experience (TLE) practices by integrating engagement and OE insights into enterprise initiatives.
Manage the execution of engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives from design through delivery and measurement.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, establishing objectives, action plans, and timelines that ensure alignment with business priorities.
Develop scalable tools, playbooks, and templates that help leaders take consistent action and measure progress.
Deliver compelling presentations and communications that clearly convey outcomes, recommendations, and business impact.
Consulting & Partnership
Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on associate engagement, development, and team effectiveness.
Leverage engagement and experience data to identify patterns, strengths, and opportunities that drive leadership growth and organizational performance.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent, Learning & Experience leaders to embed insights into leadership development, learning programs, and performance practices.
Design and facilitate team sessions, leadership discussions, and development experiences that enhance culture and collaboration.
Consultative Influence – Trusted advisor who uses insights and expertise to guide leaders toward meaningful, measurable action.
Engagement & Experience Expertise – Deep understanding of what drives associate satisfaction, leadership effectiveness, and business outcomes.
Analytical Thinking – Skilled in interpreting and connecting data to business context and strategy.
Program & Project Management – Plans and executes complex initiatives using structured, repeatable methods.
Facilitation & Communication – Engages, educates, and inspires leaders and teams through storytelling and clarity.
Collaboration & Relationship Building – Partners across levels and functions to enable alignment and impact.
Organizational Agility – Navigates change effectively and adapts priorities in response to evolving business needs.
Education & Experience Requirements
Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology strongly preferred; related fields such as Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business may be considered.
5+ years of experience in engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or HR consulting.
Demonstrated ability to translate engagement data and associate feedback into actionable business insights.
Proven experience advising or supporting leaders on development, culture, and team performance.
Proficiency in analyzing survey and engagement data; experience with visualization tools preferred.
Pay Ranges $79,175.00 – $131,958.00
