Base pay range $19.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties and feedback. Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility by managing inventory flow following company policy and procedures. Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, assisting with self‑service technology, helping with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines and reporting unsafe situations. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and practices by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up cleaning and organizing product displays. Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick‑up orders, staging, ensuring products are selected and staged, performing audits for accuracy. Handles moves and displays goods safely, tracks goods, maintains instock levels and controls shrinkage. Uses inventory tools and equipment safely. Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reporting poor or unsafe conditions. Proactively identifies customers who need help, assists them with technology services and items, models and helps others, identifies shrink opportunities and fixes problems. Works as a team, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, energy and positivity, helps develop and mentor others, recognizes contributions, and acts with integrity, keeping highest standards of ethics and compliance. Serves customers and members, delivers results while putting the customer first, makes decisions based on reliable information, balances short‑term and long‑term priorities, and strives for excellence by taking calculated risks, demonstrating courage and resilience and driving continuous improvements with new technologies and skills.
