Dates Needed:
Start: February 2, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am, night shifts)
Variable schedule: 8h, 10h, & 12h day/night shifts
Weekend & holiday coverage:
Sat & Sun: 2 rooms at 12h/day, 1 OB 12h/day, 1 night shift 12h
Case mix: ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, vascular (no CT/Neuro)
Types of surgeries expected: Cardiac, complete ortho, OB, pediatric, regional, thoracic
Exclusions: Complex vascular, head/spine, neuro
Medically supervised care team model
CRNAs support 7 ORs in main surgery dept, 4 ORs in adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, 1 cath lab
Average cases: 40-45 general anesthetic cases/day overall; 3-4 cases/day per CRNA
No new grads
NBCRNA Required
Active WA License Required
